SERVICE VIEUX MARSEILLE

Also called the Louis XV country style service, the Vieux Marseille service is one of the oldest and most emblematic of the Poterie Ravel. Manufactured for nearly a hundred years in our Aubagne workshops, it perpetuates a culinary and family tradition where the beauty of the shapes accompanies the conviviality of meals.

Recognizable by its delicately crafted marly, which adorns the edge of the plates and adds relief and elegance, this service reflects the Provençal art of living at its most refined.

One of the most complete in our collection, it includes four sizes of plates – charger, dinner, dessert, and soup plates – along with side dishes, presentation platters (oval, round, and hollow) as well as small and large salad bowls. Each piece is made by stamping, faithful to the expertise passed down from generation to generation.
